大连建设国际性城市产业结构调整与第三产业发展研究

STUDY DEVELOPMENT OF TERTIARY INDUSTRY AND ADJUSTMENT OF INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE OF BUILDING INTERNATIONAL CITY IN DALIAN

文中通过大连市与国际城市如东京、纽约、香港等产业结构的对比,通过层次分析法,提出了大连产业结构的方向。并根据大连第三产业发展规划,对交通、商业、金融业、旅游业和房地产等第三产业进行布局研究。

Dalian is an important port in China. lt aims at accomplishing modernization and becoming one of the center of commerce, finance, tourism and information in Northeast Asia area. Comparing with the international cities, the main difference is that the present tertiary industrial structure in Dalian has a very low proportion, it amounts to only 34.1％ in GNP, while in most international cities, the propon rtion in GNP amounts to about 60-70％. The proportion of the tertiary industry in Dalian is espected to rise to 55％ by 2010, focusing on transprtation, commerce, finance, insurance, tourism and real estate industry, in order to make Dalian an international city.
