云南省农村区域产业经济发展战略及其对策研究

THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES OF INDUSTIAL ECONOMY OF THE RURAL REGIONS IN YUNNAN

本文根据云南边疆、民族,山区三位一体的农村区域特征,在已完成全省农村经济一级区划分的基础上,探讨农村区域产业经济发展的时序战略,区域战略、地带战略及其相配套的若干产业发展对策。

On the basis of on-the-spot survey of rural economy of Yunnan province as well as the rural regionalization, this thesis approaches the regional industrial development ways concerning chronological,regional and zonal strategies. As a result, the development order for the 7 rural economic regions in the following sequence is proposed: Mid-Yunnan Region—Southwest Yunnan Region—West Yunnan Region—South Yunnan Region Southeast Yunnan Region—Northeast Yunnan Region——Northwest Yunnan Region Furthermore, the inter-region coordination as well as specialization for the 7 respective regions is studied according to systematic analysis on the regional economic characteristics. Then, considering the uneven development of rural economy and low economic level of the rural areas within the province, a zonal industrial strategy for rural economic development of Yunnan which refers to the economic development along the roads(highways & railways), along the rivers(Jinsha River & Lancang River) and along the border, has been approached in order to coordinate regional allocation of rural economy and to promote rational exploitario n of resources. Finally, some development countermeasures relevant to the above strategies have been analysed to boost the rural economy of the province.
