摘要
通过对含锆熔铁催化剂的等温还原实验考察,发现在低温及反应初期符合收缩球模型,而在高温和反应主、后期符合立体网状模型,且熔体急骤冷却的催化剂(球形)对立体网状模型适合的范围较宽,而熔体缓慢冷却的催化剂(无定形)对收缩球模型适合范围较宽。根据实验结果,含 ZrO_2的熔铁催化剂不适合耶洛费夫方程。同时还发现还原反应的活化能随温度的范围不同而改变。
By means of isothermal reduction it is shown that the contracting sphere model is fit- ted when the reduction is carried out at lower temperatures or at the primary stage of the higher tem- peratures.On the other hand,when the reduction at higher temperatures or at the intermediate and the last stages of the lower temperatures the cubic network model is well fitted.The contracting sphere model fits the reduction kinetics for the irregular catalyst in a wider range,and yet,the cu- bic network model is fitted for the spherical catalyst in a wider range.The experimental results indi- cate that the reduction kinetics of the fused iron catalyst containing ZrO_2 does not follow the Erofeev equation.In addition,the activation energy of reduction changes with the range of different reduc- tion temperatures is found.
