摘要
把质量控制图应用于分析化学领域,把统计学的一般规律与分析化学的特殊规律相结合,采用质量控制图的理论,结合加已知浓度标样回收测定的实践,绘制—R 质量控制图,对随样品分折的密码管理试样作检验,判断样品分析的准确度与精密度,使样品分析数据随时处于控制之中,既保证分析数据准确可靠,又能随时掌握分析者的技术水平。本方法对实验室内的分析质量控制与保证,对分析者技术水平的考核是一种有效的方法,具有一定的推广应用价值。
In the paper,general principle of statistics has been combined with special laws of analytical chemistry,i.e.theory of quality control charts with determination of known concentration sample recovery,thus (?)-R qu- ality control charts are plotted.They are used to determine the accuracy of analytical results and examine the shillfulness of analysts.It is a met- hod available for controlling analytical quality and checking the ability of analysts,and can be spreaded in some extent.
