体外培养人淋巴细胞动力学和姐妹染色单体互换的研究

STUDIES ON CELL KINETICS AND SISTER CHROMATID EXCHANGE FREQUENCY IN CULTURED HUMAN LYMPHOCYTES IN VITRO

本文以BudR-Giemsa技术检测研究了390名正常人外周血淋巴细胞动力学参数和姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)频率。结果表明:年龄与细胞动力学参数和SCE频率密切相关,男女性别间有显著差异。我们发现M_1、M_2为正偏态分布,M_3和增殖率指数(PRI)为负偏态分布。由于M_2的正偏态分布导致了SCE的正偏态分布;而3M_3的权重大于1M_1、2M_2,加剧了PRI的负偏态形成。SCE频率与M_1、M_2和M_3的分配相关。M_1、M_2与SCE频率呈正相关,M_3、PRI与SCE频率呈负相关。

The parameters of cell kinetics and sister chromatid exchange frequencics (SCE) in cultured human lymphocytes from 390 normal individuals were studied using the BudR-Gicmsa technique. The results showed that there were significant corrclations between age, parameters of cell kinetics and SCE frequencies. In addition, there also exist significant differences in the parameters mentioned above between different scxcs. We have found that M1 and M2 showcd positive skewncss distribution, but M3 and index of proliferating rate (PRI) negative skewncss one. The positive skewncss distribution of M2resulted in positive skewness distribution of SCE frequency. Due to 3M3wcight greater than 1M1and 2M2ones, PRI negative skewncss distribution was formed severely. According to the results, the SCE frequency correlated with the numbers of M1, M2and M3divisions. We found that there were positive correlation between M1, M2and SCE frequcncy, but ncg- ative correlation between M3, PRI and SCE frcucncy.
