来源于人肺低分化腺癌的细胞系SPC—L_1初代培养始于1984年7月12日。细胞贴壁生长,呈类多边形。群体倍增时间为32小时,克隆形成率15.7%,染色体众数范围为51—61,40%中规分裂相丢失Y染色体,核型为61,XY,+3B,+5C,+2D,+1E,+4G。DNA指数(DI)为1.53。SPC—L_1细胞移植于裸鼠皮下可形成移植瘤,并可在裸鼠间传代移植,移植瘤组织结构与原代培养材料相似,呈低分化腺癌特征,本系细胞未见支原体污染。
A new cell line SPC-L1-poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of the lung has been established from a patient with the same pathological type of lung cancer. This cell line was characterized by an adbherent growth of polygonal cells with a population doubling time of 32h and a clonal formation rate of 15.7% as well as a DI of 1.531 The model chromosomes ranged from 51 to 61 and the karyotype was found to be 61, XY,. +3B, + 5C, + 2D, + 1E, +4G. 40% of the mitotic cells lost their Y chromosomes. Xenograft of cells into nude mice could produce tumors which pathologically resembled the original culture meterial and could be subgenerated among nude mice.
