肉芽肿性唇炎和梅罗综合征病变内的神经

NERVES IN LESION OF CHEILITIS GRANULOMATOSA AND MELKERSSON-ROSENTHAL SYNDROME

对18例肉芽肿性唇炎及5例梅罗综合征唇部活检组织进行了形态学观察,光镜下见到螺旋体和神经毗邻现象;电镜下发现病变内均有神经髓鞘和轴突的水肿、溶解等破坏性改变,认为面神经管外的神经病变也是本病面神经麻痹的原因之一。

A morphological investigation was carried out in biopsied label tissues of 18 cases with cheilitisgranulomatosa (CG) and 5 cases with Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome (MRS). The phenomenon thatspirochetes adjoined nerves was seen under a microscope. The distructive change-edema, dissolution andso on of nervous sheath and axon in lesions were discovered under an electron microscope. It was co-nsidered that one of factors causing facial paralysis was due to the nervous pathological change outsidesthe facial canal.
