摘要
对大型轴流转桨式水轮机转轮接力器活塞环的结构特点及加工方法进行了研究分析。结合生产实际,提出了保证活塞环设计精度经济可行的加工方法。同时,提出了刨活塞环开口并重新铆合成圆时前后尺寸变化的经验公式,为设计活塞环毛坯尺寸及制定粗加工余量提供了理论依据。
The structural characteristic and machining method of runner blade servomotor piston ring for large Kaplan turbine are studied. The economic and feasible amachining methods arc presented on the basis of production practice to ensure design accuracy of piston ring. Meanwhile, the experience formula of size change before and after planing piston ring open and rerivering is presented. The theoretical basis is provide for designing blank size and making machining margin of piston ring.
