10种药用天南星的化学成分分析

A STUDY ON THE CONSTITUENTS OF TEN SPECIES OF THE CHINESE MEDICINAL PLANT“TIAN NAN XIN”

中药天南星具有祛风定惊、化痰散结的功效,近年来发现具有明显的抗肿瘤作用。由于我国应用天南星已有二千多年的历史,且使用地区广泛,种类繁多,品种混淆。三年来,作者实地调查并采集了20种药用天南星的标本及药用部分。选择最常用的10种药用天南星对其中的活性成分氨基酸、β-谷甾醇、微量元素进行了分析及比较。结果表明,各样品均含相似的化学成分,但各种成分的含量有差异,其中以川中南星各种有效成分的含量最高,其次为掌叶半夏,而花南星的含量最低,从而为正确收购药材、选拔优质药材提供了依据。

In recent years, pharmacological and clinical studies show that the Chinese traditional drug 'Tian Nan Xin' (Ehizoma Arisaematis) possesses anti-cancer effects. This drug which has been used as a medicinal substance for two thousand years in China, includes species of Arisaema and one species of Pinellia (Family Araceae) all under the same name 'Tian Nan Xin'. In this paper a preliminary study has been made on 10 species of 'Tian Nan Xin' that have been collected from Yunnan, Shichuan and Guizhou provinces by the author. Namely, A. heterophyllum Blume., A. erubsoens Schott., A. wilsonii, Engl., Pwdliapedatisecta Sohott., A.elephas Buchet., A. fargesii Buohet., A. franchetianum, Engl., A. lichiangese W. W. Sm., A. dilatum Buchet., A. lobatum Engl. The bioaotive constituents, i. e. amino-aoids, trace elements and β-sitosterol in each of these ten species were determined. Analytical results show that the rhizoma of these ten species all have the same chemical composition, but are different quantitatively. Based on the amount of these constituents in each species A. wilsonii Engl. is the most superior, P. pedatisecta Sohott. next and A. lobatum Engl. poorest. This comparative experimental data will facilitate selection and utilization of natural resources of 'Tian Nan Xin'.
