摘要
本文观察人生长激素(hGH)在睡眠期间呈脉冲式分泌,且高峰多出现于睡眠发生后2 h内,有个体差异,并可呈暴发型分泌,故对hGH分泌水平的判断,应根据其昼夜动态变化取数点血标本进行测定较为可靠。夜间睡眠中hGH分泌高峰的出现先于黎明现象数小时,对其相互关系的研究将有助于对黎明现象发生机理的探讨。
12 normal subjects were studied for sleep-related growth Hormone (hGH) secretion at one-half-hourly intervals between 0:30-8:00 AM. Known influences on hGH secretion are such as oircadian variation and spontaneous secretory bursts. The secretion of hGH is complex, episodic and sleep associated, and may be quite different between individuals. Serum hGH rises within 2 hours after the onset of sleep. Its level is higher in women than in men. This research project suggests that the determination of hGH at a few points during the nocturnal secretory might behelpful in understanding the mechanism of the dawn phenomenon.
