摘要
本文介绍高环境温度下无致冷激光发射机的设计考虑。实施激光器结构隔离,以降低泄漏电流;提供驱动电流的温度补偿和驱动电路的环境保护。
In this paper,the design considerations on noncooler laser transmitter at higher environmental temperature are introduced. The structural isolation of laser was performed to lower the leakage current. Then, temperature compensation for drive current and protective measures for driving circuit are provided.
