摘要
本文对低温致死家兔的肝、心脏及心脏传导系统组织的形态学作了观察分析。结果显示,光学显微镜下可见心肌纤维空泡变性及灶状和带状蜡样坏死,心肌传导组织中细胞肿胀空泡变性。超微结构可见心肌肌原纤维呈巨大收缩带,毛细血管基底膜和内皮细胞结构破坏,心肌细胞和肝细胞内糖原颗粒减少或消失,这与低温致死后的血糖升高有关。上述病理学变化可认为是低温致死的形态学佐证之一。
The histopathology of the liver, myocardium and heart conduction system in rabbits that died of hypothermia was observed and analyzed. At light microscope. waxy necrosis of myocardium degeneration and focus necrosis of conduction could be seen. Electron microscopy showed that in myocardium there appeared large contractive zones and the basement membrane and endothelial cells of capillary were damaged. Glucogen granules in myocardium and liver cells were depleted, even disappeared, which was in accordance with the increase of blood-sugar due to hypothermia. All of these histopathological changes may be considered as morphological evidences of hypothermia death.
