摘要
本文采用给鱼腹腔注射PHA和秋水仙碱的方法,制得泥鳅、北方条鳅和北鳅的肾乃鳃细胞的染色体玻片标本。通过计数及组型分析得到:泥鳅2n=50,核型公式为:2n=6m+8sm+36t,NF=64;北方条鳅2n=50,核型公式为:2n=6m+6sm+6st+32t,NF=62;北鳅 2n=50。
The slides of chromosome were prepared from kidney and gill cells after in vivo PHA and colchicine injection . The diploid chromosome numbers and karyotypes were obtained by chromosome counted and analyzed. Misgurnus anguillicaudatus : 2n = 50, the karyotype is 2n = 6m+8sm+36t, NF = 64. Nemachilus toni: 2n = 50, the karyotype is 2n = 6m+6sm+6st+32t, NF = 62. Le fua costata: 2n = 50.
