正常月经周期妇女促性腺激素脉冲形态的研究

PULSATILE PATTERNS OF GONADOTROPIN RELEASE IN WOMEN WITH NORMAL MENSTRUAL CYCLES

观察正常月经周期妇女卵泡早期、卵泡晚期与黄体早期各5例的血黄体生成素(LH)与卵泡刺激素(FSH)的脉冲分泌型态。正常妇女LH脉冲分泌释放的频率、振幅与均值从卵泡早期至卵泡晚期呈显著增加,到黄体早期又明显下降。FSH的脉冲分泌释放频率、振幅与均值无论在卵泡早期、卵泡晚期与黄体早期均不明显显示。唯从卵泡早期到卵泡晚期LH/FSH的比值增加极显著(p<0.01),黄体期明显下降(p<0.05)。

The pulsatile patterns of gonadotropin release were examined in 5 women with normal menstrual cycles. A pulsatile pattern of luteinizing hormone (LH) but not follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) was seen during the normal menstrual oyole. This appeared to follow a varing frequency and amplitude according to the different phases of the cyole.The 'basal concentration, the pulse amplitude, the pulse frequency of LH increased significantly from early follioular phasa to the late follicnlar phase of the oyole, (the basel concentration: p<0.01, the pulse amplitude and pulse frequency: p<0.05). During the luteal phase, the basal concentration, the pulse-amplitude and the pulse frequency were mueh lower than those of the late-foliioular phase, and similar to those of the early follioular phase (p>0.05). Prom the early to late follicular phases, there were marked rises in the basal concentration of FSH and in LH/FSH ratio (p<0.01), with a significant decline during the luteal phase compared to the late follioular phase (p<0.01).
