口腔软组织内螺旋体特殊染色方法研究

A Special Staining Method for Detection Spirochetes in Oral Soft Tissue

本文介绍一种改良的沃森—斯塔里(Warthin—Starry)特殊染色方法,以冰冻切片显示口腔软组织内的螺旋体,用电镜观察及免疫组织化学染色等手段对其可靠性进行了验证。对朱方法在口腔螺旋体感染性疾病研究中的初步应用进行了介绍。

In present paper a refomed Warthin—Starry special staning method for spirochetes in oral soft tissue was in-troduced.The spirochetes in oral soft tissue were detected by frozen section and the diagnosis reliable was checkedby electronic microscopy observation and immunohistochemical staining.It has been suggested that this method al-so can be applicated on studing oral spirochetes infectious diseases.
