狗颞下颌韧带超微结构的研究

摘要 以体视显微镜、光镜和扫描电镜观察了成年狗颞下颌韧带胶原纤维及韧带骨止点的结构。结果表明,颞下颌韧带以胶原纤维为主,纤维粗大致密、波浪状平行排列,与韧带长轴方向一致。韧带颞骨止端纤维直接附于骨面;髁突止端存在逐渐钙化的现象,在纤维与皮质骨之间有纤维化生骨形成。作者认为,颞下颌韧带的结构适宜承受高拉伸载荷,是维持关节稳定的主要结构。骨止点结构的独特性,利于有效地传递、衰减拉伸载荷,维护韧带骨联合体的完整性。 The purpose of this study was to observe the ultrastrueture of collagen and ligamental attachment insertions inthe temporomandibular ligament(TML)in adult dogs by stereomicroscope,light microscope and scanning electronmicroscope.The TML mainly consisted of thick bundles of collagen fibers which arranged densely in a regular wavyundulation and almost paralleled with their long axis.Therefore,the TML had the ability to bear the high-tensionload and was essential to the stability of the TMJ.The ligamental insertions were even more complex and dynamic.At the temporal attachment area,the fibres of ligament penetrated into bone directly.At the condylar insertion,thefibers inserted by gradual transition through a layer of mineralized fibrous(or coarse—fibered bone)into bone.Thistransition may constitute a force-absorbing interfuse between ligament and bone,therefore,prevented the TMJfrom dislocation when put on excessive and sudden stress.
