摘要
用冬虫夏草和黄芪初步观察其诱生白细胞介素-1(IL-1)的作用。结果表明:脂多糖和二氧化硅均可诱导小鼠腹腔粘附细胞产生IL-1,两者协同作用可诱导高滴度的IL-1活性。为提高检测IL-1活性的敏感性和稳定性,应注意:①用于取胸腺细胞的鼠种以C3H/HeJ为好;②检测IL-1活性时要选择一合适的伴刀豆蛋白A浓度;③标本必需经透析除去小分子抑制物。中药冬虫夏草和黄芪均有诱生IL-1的作用,前者可诱生较高滴度的IL-1。
Based on studies of experimental conditions for the induction and detection of interleukin 1 (IL 1), we have observed the effects of traditional Chinese, on IL 1 induction are observed. Murine peritoneal adherent cells can be induced by both Lipopolygacoharide and silica to secrets a greater level of IL 1 activity. The following experimental conditions for assaying the sensitivity and stability of IL 1 activity, were observed: (1) thymocytes of C3H/HcJ strain of mice were found to be more sensitive to IL 1 activity; (2) an appropriate modium concentration of Con A in IL 1 assays; (3) IL 1 samples must be dialyzed extensively against PBS and RPMI 1640 media in order to reanove inhibitors of low molecular weight. We found that both Eadix Astragalus and Gordyceps induced IL 1 production of murine peritoneal adherent cells, and the former induced greater IL 1 activity.
