摘要
作者取39例乳腺癌标本,经癌胚抗原(CEA)与雌激素受体(ER)检测,并经HE染色后作显微定量图像分析,定量测定其细胞核面积和形状因子。结果表明:ER阴性的细胞核平均面积和形状因子分别为42.59±8.00μm^2和2.45±0.48;其阳性者分别为30.88±7.40μm^2和1.76±0.34,经t检验p<0.001,两者有极显著意义。将CEA阳性或阴性、ER阳性或阴性者分别分为四组,经方差分析p<0.001,也有极显著意义。结果提示:自动显微图像分析仪的定量分析可用于ER和CEA预测,且具有速度快,重复性好等特点。它是形态学定量研究的发展趋势。
In 39 cases of human mammary cancer, tissue caroinoembryonio antigen (CEA) and estrogen receptor (ER) occurrence were determined. Sections were also made and stained with H. E. for morphometrio study. Results showed that the mean nuclear area and shape factors in ER negative cases were-42.59±8.00μm2 (x±SD) and 2.45±0.48 respectively, and in positive cages, the two figues were 30.88±7.40 μm2 and 1.76±0.34 respectively, the difference was statistically significant (p< 0.001). Analysis of variance in CEA positive or negative oases and ER positive or negative cases also showed statistically significant differences (p<0.001). These results suggest that quantitative analysis using automioromorphometry can be used as an indicator for positive or negative ER and OEA. This method has the advantages of rapidity, good repitition, and shows great potential use in quantitative! morphologic study.
