摘要
本文对印章的计算机自动鉴别问题进行了研究。其主要技术方案采用特征提取鉴别法。文章首先阐述计算机印章鉴别的主要难点和总体方案,进而提出了一些有效的具有平移旋转不变性的特征。对于模型参数的建立进行了较详细的分析和说明。最后,给出本文工作的实验数据和结果,并对此进行了讨论。实验表明,这些特征计算简单、鉴别效果好。
The paper presents a technique of automatic seal identification.Sometranslation-invariant and rotation-invariant statistical features of seal patterns,such as“gross-mass”,“seal-mass”,“distance between centroids” etc,are proposed,which can be utilized to model seal patterns and identify input patterns by thepattern recognition technique.The computer experiments show that these featuresare easy to obtain and powerful to identify seals.The paper gives certain resultsof the computer experiments
