摘要
实际的适宰期与出栏期是被人为割裂开的、分别隶属于动物育种和生产中两个不同的概念。然而若考虑养猪生产的经济效益、社会效益以及生态效益,在制定最佳出栏时间时,同时利用利润与屠宰指标是很有必要的。
In fact, the optimum slaughter and marketing period are divi
ded into two different concepts in animal production and breeding. If the soci
al、economic and ecological benefit of pig production is considered, it is nec
essary to use slaughter and profit index at the same time in determining pig
marketing period.
