摘要
用POLYSCAN图象处理与分析系统对家兔海马神经元的突触构筑进行了定量分析。结果表明:1.CA_1区锥体神经元的主干树突呈分段式三维规则点阵排列,与Hopfield神经计算机网络的结构十分相似。(2).海马CA_3区的苔状纤维突触小球是一种特殊的多突触结构,每一个苔状纤维突触小球可具有几个到10几个轴-棘突触。多突触结构的神经网络称为高阶神经网络,具有十分复杂的联想记忆功能。本文还对CA_1主干树突和苔状纤维突触小球结构的机能意义及其与神经信息的编码与存储机理,进行了讨论。
The POLYSCAN image processing system was applied to the analysis of the synaptic architecture of the hippocampal neurones of the rabbit. The results are as follows: 1. The apical dendrites of the pyramidal neurones of CA_1 were arranged in a regular three dimensional array which was very similar to the structure of the Hopfield's artificial neural network computer. 2. The mossy fiber synaptic glomerulus of CA_3 of the hippocampus was a special polysynaptic structure. Each glomerulus might contain more than ten axo-spinous synapses. The neural network with polysynaptic structure was called the high order neural network which possessed the most complex function of associate memory. The results of the quantitative analysis of the morphological parameters of the apical dendritic array of the pyramidal neurones of CA_1 and the mossy fiber synaptic glomerulus of the hippocampus were reported in this paper. The functional significance of the mossy fiber synaptic glomerulus and the coding and storage mechanism of the neural information was also discussed.
