大鼠脊髓向结合臂旁核的投射——HRP和荧光金逆行标记观察

摘要 将WGA-HRP和HRP的混合液或荧光金用压力或微电泳方法注入一侧结合臂旁核,观察脊髓各节段向结合臂旁核的投射起源。标记神经元见于双侧脊髓灰质及外侧脊髓核、外侧颈核等区域,其数目以对侧占优势。在脊髓灰质,标记细胞位于第Ⅰ、Ⅱ层,也见于第Ⅳ、Ⅴ及Ⅶ层;在脊髓中央管背侧的灰质连合中,亦常见到投射细胞。比较颈、胸、腰、骶各个脊髓节段标记神经元的区域分布,未发现各节段之间有明显的差异。 By introducing a mixture of WGA-HRP and HRP or fluorogold into the parabrachial nucleus, the cell origin of the spinoparabrachial projections in the rat have been carefully examined. The labelled neurons were found in bilateral spinal gray matter, lateral spinal nucleus and lateral cervical nucleus with contralateral predominance. They were mainly located in lamina I, lamina II, lamina IV, lamina V and lamina VII of the gray matter and also in the gray matter commissure posterior to the central canal. Comparing the distribution patterns of the projection neurons in the cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral segments, we did not find any distinct differences. The fact that the parabrachial nucleus receives a wide extensive projections form the spinal segments suggests that the spino-parabrachial pathways are possibly involved in the transmission of multiple sensory inputs.
