18例良、恶性造釉细胞瘤的超微结构观察

Ultrastructure Observation of Eighteen Benign and Malignant Ameloblastoma

通过18例牙源性良、恶性造釉细胞瘤的超微结构观察,发现肿瘤细胞岛的中心部细胞分化程度不一,呈现2种形态特征,据此将其分为二型。本文着重观察二型细胞在良、恶性造釉细胞瘤中的分布特点,并结合生物学行为进行了讨论。

The ultrastructures of 18 benign and malignant mandibular ameloblastoma were ob-served.The diffentication degree of central region cell are different.These cells express 2 morpho-logical features,therefore,the cells are divided into 2 types.The characteristic of distribution of the 2type cells in the benign and malignant lesions and the ultrastructural difference are observed.The rela-tionship between ultrastructure and biological behavior of lesions are discussed.
