摘要
本文报道104名正常成年人椎管的实时B型超声(B超)检查结果。87名(83.7%)受检者的椎管图像清晰,横切面上前后径和横径测值((?)±SD)分别为L_(3~4) 14.48±1.79 mm、22.12±2.52 mm;L_(4~5) 13.61±1.77 mm、21.46±2.78 mm;L_5~S_1 12.90±1.78mm、20.63±2.96 mm。男性L_(3~4)前后径较女性为大,统计学上差异显著(p<0.05)。另在9例尸体直接测量椎管,结果与上述B超检查相近似。提示B超测定椎管可以为临床诊断椎管病变提供可靠的参考依据。
The vertebral canals of 104 normal adults were measured by ultrasound abdominally. Clear images were obtained in 87 (83.7%) of them. In cross section, the anteroposterior and transverse dimensions (X±SD) of the vertebral canals were 14.48±1.79mm and 22.12±2.62mm at the level of L3-4; 13.61±1.77mm and 21.46±2.78mm at L4-5; 12.90±1.78mm and 20.63 ± 2.96 mm at L5-S1, respectively. The anteroposterior dimensions at L3-4 were significantly greater in males than in females(P<0.05). Similar measurements of the vertebral canal were taken direotiy in 9 cadavers. The values approximated those obtained by ultrasound scanning. Our results suggest that real-time B mode ultrasound may provide reliabe diagnostic clues in diseases related to the vertebral canal.
