摘要
本文报道100例卵黄囊瘤免疫组化标记,并与16例患者血清AFP水平相比较。结果表明,脏层卵黄囊分化(88例)AFP阳性,且与血清AFP升高相关;而壁层卵黄囊分化(92例)Laminin基膜样物质阳性。血清AFP测定有助于本瘤术前诊断、术后随访和预后估价。
The immunohistochemical study of100 cases of yolk sac tumor(YST)were corre-lated to the serum alpha-fetoprorein(AFP)levelin 16 patients.The results showed that the vis-ceral yolk sac differentiation(88 cases)wasAFP positive and correlated to the increasedserum AFP level,while the Laminin was stainedand localize in the hasement membrane-like sub-stance of parietal yolk sac differentiation(92cases).The determination of serum AFP level ishelpful to the diagnosis of YST before operationand prognosis and follow up in postoperativecourse.
