摘要
本文针对一种新研制的高强度、高延伸率球墨铸铁材料进行了疲劳性能方面的试验研究。本文简略地介绍了测试疲劳性能的试验方法,通过使用升降法试验获得了材料的弯曲疲劳极限,证明该材料具有良好的疲劳性能,通过低周疲劳试验获得了应力-应变曲线和应变-寿命曲线,这些都是汽车有关零件疲劳设计和寿命预测重要的数据资料。
An experimental study on fatigue behavior of nodular cast iron with high strength and high elongation was carried out in this paper. Some methods about testing fatigue behavior were introduced. Using up and down test, the bending fatigue limit was obtained. With strain controlled test, the low cycle fatigue behavior was measured and cyclic stress-strain curve and strain-life curve of material were given. These behaviors are important data for fatigue disign of related automobile parts.
