摘要
取健康雄性、成年豚鼠20只,分成两组,分别用CO_2激光与手术刀在肝右叶做部分切除。在术后1,3,5,7,16d取材制成标本,进行电镜观察。结果表明,肝细胞超微结构的恢复激光组比手术刀组快;术后愈合过程中,激光组第7天线粒体弥散分布于胞质内与正常肝细胞的线粒体分布一致。手术刀组第7天线粒体主要分布于胞核周围及胞膜内侧,第16d与正常肝细胞的线粒体分布一致。
Twenty healthy adult male guinea pigs were divdied into two groups. In one group
the right hepatic lobe was partially hepatectomized with carbon dioxide laser and in the
other with the scalpel. Post-operative samples were taken on the 1st, 3rd, 5th 7th and
16th days and observed with the electron microscope. The results showed: ① the recov-
ery of the liver cells was quicker in the laser group than in the scalpel group, and ② in
the laser group the mitochondria were found distributed evenly in the cytoplasm on the
7th day after the operation, just as in normal hepatocytes, while in the scalpel group they
were distributed mainly around the mucleus or on the inside of the cell membranes on
the same day. The distribution became normal only on the 16th day.
