关于腰椎管侧隐窝狭窄症的探讨(附28例临床报告)

A CLINICAL STUDY ON LATERAL RECESS STENOSIS OF LUMBAR SPINAL CANAL

本文报告28例腰椎管侧隐窝狭窄症并经手术所证实。平均年龄为46.5岁。其中单纯侧隐窝狭窄症10例,合并中央型椎管狭窄症11例和合并椎间盘突出症者7例。采用部分椎板或全椎板切除减压及减压合并应用自体髂骨植骨融合术。随诊观察10～46月,平均16月。17例术前症状完全消失;9例根性疼痛消失,但时有腰痛:2例症状无明显改善。文内对诊断和治疗问题作了研讨。

Twenty-eight cases with lateral recess stenosis were operated on from March 1983 to Nov 1986. There were 19 males and 9 females, with ages ranging from 30 to 66, average 46.5. The diagnoses were confirmed by careful clinical examination, myclography and by surgery finally. Of the 28 cases, 10 had isolated lateral recess stenosis, 11 were accompanied with central stenosis and 7 accompanied with disc herniation. The operations included partial or whole laminal decompression and autografting fusion following decompression.All the patients were followed for 10-46 months, average 16 months. The preoperative disabling nerve root pain had disappeared completely in 17 cases, improved in 9 and no change in 2.
