摘要
在电镜下观察了β受体阻滞剂、钙拮抗剂以及转换酶抑制剂对血小板超微结构和功能的影响,及降压药物降压效应与血小板结构变化之间的关系。结果表明:β受体阻滞剂心得安和钙拮抗剂硝苯吡啶,在具有良好降压效应的同时,能改善血小板的超微结构异常,抑制血小板的聚集和释放功能。巯甲丙脯酸对血小板的超微结构和功能无明显影响。
The effects of β=Blocker calcium antagonists and converting-enzyme inhibitorson the ultrastructure and function of platelets,and the relationship between the effects of antihypertensives and the changes of platelet ultrastructure were observed underelectronic microscope.It was shown that propranolol and nifedipine were more effectiveantihypertensives,improving the changes of platelet ultrastructures,and inhibiting thefunction aggregation and release of platelets.Captopril had no significant effect onthe ultrastructure and function of platelets.
