小型脑脓肿的CT诊断——附44例分析

CT Diagnosis of Small Cerebral Abscesses-Analysis of 44 Cases

CT 动态观察的直径<15mm 的小型脑脓肿44例,均径手术或抗炎治疗。证实其CT 表现特征有:1.平扫多为幕上不规则低密度区;2.增强扫描多呈圆形或椭圆形环状增强,强化环均匀规则、清楚;3.灶周均有不同程度的水肿区;4.脓肿吸收过程中 CT 表现为灶周水肿区逐渐缩小,强化环缩小、环壁变薄、模糊直至完全消失,局部密度恢复正常。对鉴别诊断进行了讨论。

Small cerebral abscess in 44 cases diagnosed by surgery and treated by antibio-tics were reevaluated with CT.The diameter was under 15mm.CT manifestation inclu-ded:1.an irregular low density area above cerebelli tentorium in precontrast CT;2.a round or ellipse reinforcement area even and clear in contrast enhanced scan;3.an edematous area of different degrees around the focus infection;4.During the pro-cess of resolution of the abscess the edematous area and the potentiation ring werereducing in size,the ring wall became indistinct and disappeared finally.Differentialdiagnosis was also discussed.
