摘要
分析496例胆囊壁声象图的异常改变。主要有:胆囊壁回声异常,胆囊壁增厚,局限性胆囊壁回声异常,并对形成因素进行探讨。本组有49例误诊、对其误诊的原因进行分析。提出了减少误诊、漏诊的方法。
The abnormal changes of gallbladder wall in sonogram on 496 cases with gallbl-adder diseases were analysed,such as the thickening;the unusual échoes and localizedabnormal echoes of the gallbladder wall.The causing factors of form ation werestudied and of misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis on 496 cases were analysed.Somemethods for reducing the misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis rates were also suggested.
