二尖瓣病变与Ptfv_1检出率的相关性研究

Study on Correlation between Mitral Valvular Disease with Ptfv_1 Detectable Rate

报告86例风湿性二尖瓣病变 Ptfv_1的检出率,以超声对左房内径的测量及手术探测二尖瓣口的大小作为对照,探讨其相关性。结果表明:二尖瓣病变 Ptfv_1检出率与左房大小、二尖瓣口大小有较好的相关性。尤其是单纯性二尖瓣狭窄,Ptfv_1≥-0.03mm/s 组与 Ptfv_1<-0.03mm/s 组比较,两组左房内径、二尖瓣口直径均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示单纯性二尖瓣狭窄者左房大、瓣口小,Ptfv_1阳性检出率高;当 Ptfv_1<-0.03mm/s 时,说明狭窄已是中等程度。这对判断疾病的程度、预后以及对手术方式的选择均有较大实用价值。

The detectable rate of Ptfv_1 for mitral valvular lesion was contrasted withfindings of ultrasonic cardiogram(UCG)and operation in 86 patienls with rheumaticmitral disease for explorating their correlation.The results showed that the detectablerate of Ptfv_1 for mitral valvular lesion was closely related to size of left atriumand area of mitral valvular orifice respectively,particularly in patients with puremitral stenosis.When those of Ptfv_1>-0.03mm/s were compared with those of Ptfv_1<-0.03mm/s internal conjugate diameter of left atrium of the former decreasedsigniflcantly(P<0.01),however,mitral valvular orifice diameter of the former in-creased significantly(P<0.01).It is suggested that more significant left atrium enlargedand valvular orifice diminuted,higher Ptfv_1 detectable rate is in patients with puremitral stenosis,besides Ptfv_1<-0.03mm/s was indicater that stenosis had beenmoderate.It had important significance for judging state of illness and prognosis andselecting manner of operation.
