摘要
用非接触型角膜内皮显微镜,对18例(24眼)糖尿病患者和19例(20眼)年龄配对的非糖尿病人的角膜内皮进行检查并照像。内皮照片用计算机图像处理系统进行分析。与对照组比较,糖尿病人的角膜内皮细胞不仅密度显著下降,且呈现大小和形态多形性。研究表明,糖尿病角膜内皮不正常,角膜内皮显微镜联合计算机图像处理技术可早期对此作出诊断。
Twenty-four corneas from 18 patients with diabetes were examined with non-contact specular microscopy. Twenty corneas from 19 age-matched nondiabetic subjects served as controls. The endothelial photographs were analysed with computer image process ing system. Compared with nondiabetes, the corneal endothelium in diabetes showed not only a significant decrease in cell density, but also a significant decrease in the percentage of hexagonal cells (pleomorphism) and a significant increase in the variation of cell area (poly-megethism). The result clearly indicates that diabetic endothelium is abnormal, and diagnosis can be made early with specular microscopy and computer image processing system.
