摘要
应用电镜及电镜X射线显微分析技术,对一例新生儿溶血症心肌细胞进行了超微结构形态观察并对其线粒体作了元素分析。结果表明,该例心肌细胞病理形态改变明显。线粒体内可见绒球样电子致密体,X射线元素分析证明,该结构中含有大量的氯,而仅含极少量的钙。作者对该异常结构的形成机理及氯沉积的原因进行了讨论。
The ultrastructure and elements analysis of the mXocardial cells in one case of neonatal hemolytic disorder were studied by electron microscopy and electron microscope X-ray microanalysis. The pathologic alterations of the cells were obvious. The flocculent densities in mitochondria were more prominant than what were seen in the control case of a neonate dead of suffocation. Elements analysis showed the flocculent densities contained very high concentration of chloride, but very little calcium. The forming mechanism of this abnormal ultrastructure and the cause of chloride deposition in it are discussed.
