摘要
用HRP逆行追踪法观察了10只大鼠斜方肌及其血管的神经起源,其中R_7、R_8两鼠R_9、R_(10)两鼠用浓戍二醛在入肌前涂抹营养斜方肌的血管主干。然后再正常给药、处理、观察。结果发现传出神经元位于脊髓C_1—C_6节段的前角内,高峰位于C_2;在脊髓的不同节段,标记细胞在前角分布的亚核亦不同。传入神经元标记在C_3、C_4脊神经节内。斜方肌血管的交感节后神经纤维的胞体标记在星状神经内。切断副神经后,脊髓C_3、C_4节段、C_3、C_4脊神经节以及星状神经节仍有标记细胞,而其它部位的标记细胞则消失。药物固定血管外膜后,星状神经节内的标记细胞消失,而其它部位的标记细胞仍呈阳性。本文还讨论了下丘脑至斜方肌微循环局部的神经调节通路。
The origins of the nerves supplying trapezius muscle and its vascular bed were studie in 10 SD rats by GB-HRP method. The labeled cells were found in the ipsilateral stellate ganglion, C3-4 spinal ganglia and the anterior horns of C2-6 spinal segments. When the accessory nerves were severed in 2 animals before injecting CB-HRP, labeled cells could still be found in C3.4 spinal ganglia 玭d anterior horns of C3-4 spinal segments. In another 2 animals, when the main trunk of trapezius blood vessels was smeared with 12.5% glutraldehyde solution before injecting CB-HRP, labeled cells were found in most of the regions mentioned above except the stellate ganglion. The descending pathway from the hypothaltmus that regulates the trapezius microcirculation is also discussed.
