摘要
观察香烟、矽尘单独或共同作用对肺泡巨噬细胞(Am)超微结构的影响,结果发现香烟作用于Am使其粗面内质网(RER)、滑面内质网(SER)、高尔基复合体(GO),线粒体(Mit)及溶酶体(Ly)均有增加。各因素单独或共同作用均使超微结构出现不同程度损伤,主要表现为线粒体肿胀,嵴变短或消失甚至空泡变,SER扩张以及含有微丝的细胞数减少。本文根据以上发现从形态学角度解释香烟、矽尘作用后Am的功能变化。
The effects of cigarette and (or) silica on the infrastructure of rabbit pulmonary alveolar macrophages were investigated. The results showed the macrophages treated by cigarette usually contained more endoplasmic reticul-a, Golgi apparatus, mitochondria and b'sosomes, compared with control group. There were different degrees of injury in ultrastructure of macrophages when exposed to cigarette and (or) silica. The main alterations were mitoc-hondrial swelling, shortening or loss of mitochondrial crirtae, vacuolar degeneration, SfiR dilation and deccrease in number of macrophages containing microfilaments. Based on the above ultrastructural alterations, the functional status of the macrophages treated with cigarette and (or) silica is discussed.
