摘要 用^(60)Co γ射线对兔眼进行照射,分剂量3GY,总剂量24GY和42GY,定期用裂隙灯观察晶状体混浊的发生。并在不同阶段取材,用TEM观察多个部位晶体组织的超微结构的病理变化。42GY组可观察到赤道部核弓区浅层纤维中细胞核不同程度的变性。在照射后早期可见后囊视轴区皮质纤维自由基诱发的明显损伤,这些原发病变可能对白内障的发生和发展有促进作用。 ^(60)co r-ray was used to irradiate rabbit eyes with fractional dose 3GY, total doses 24 GY and 42GY. The lens opacity of irradiation eyes was periodically examined with slitlamp biomicroscope and the specimens in several parts of lens were taken. The ultrastructual pathological changes were observed with TEM. In 42GY group, some differential nuclear degeneration was presented in superficial fibers close to bow area(BA). In early stage, the posterior cortical fibers of axial part showed obvious damage, which was induced by the effect of free radical. The primary degenerations of cortical fibers might promote the mature progress of cataract.
