摘要
在猫角膜建立碱烧伤的标准模型,观察了烧伤后内皮细胞层的创伤闭合过程。发现在创伤后第一周内皮层缺损达到闭合状态,4个月趋向稳定。结果提示猫角膜为研究角膜内皮细胞对碱烧伤的创伤反应和决断药物的疗效提供了一个理想的模型,并讨论了内皮细胞在碱烧伤修复过程中的重要作用。
The healing of cat corneal endothelium was first studied following a standardized corneal alkali burn. The results indicated that cat corneas offer a nideal model for future studies on the human corneal endothelial response to alkali burn and resolution in evaluating effects of therapeutic agents. The important role of endothelial healing in corneal alkali burn is discussed.
