Cu、Zn元素在细菌性角膜溃疡修复中的作用

Role of Copper and Zine Trace Elements in Bacterial Corneal Ulcer Recovery

观察了家兔绿脓杆菌性角膜溃疡角膜组织中Cu、Zn元素的变化。结果表明:感染后角膜Cu、Zn含量均显著降低,经治疗后角膜修复良好,Cu含量显著高于未治及对照治疗组,而Zn虽也升高,但与未治及对照治疗组尚无显著差异,说明Cu在角膜溃疡修复中可能比Zn更为重要。

This study have made a rabbit model of Pseudomonas aeruginosa corneal ulcer. The levels of Cu and Zn trace elements in the corneas were determined on different time after infection (1, 3, 6, 10 and 15 days) andafter treatment. The study was shown the levels of Cu and Zn in the corneas decreased significantly after infection, the level of Cu was significantly higher than that of control and the ulcer healed better after treatment, but the level of Zn was not different from that of control. The results suggested that Cu may be more important than Zn in the restoration of the corneal ulcer.
