氟对大鼠肝细胞影响及SOD阻断因子的透射电镜研究 被引量:16

摘要 本实验分正常组、投氟组、投氟加超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)组喂养大鼠六个月后处死,制作肝组织的透射电子显微镜标本,进行超微结构观察。结果发现,投氟组肝细胞产生明显的毒性作用,表现为肝细胞肿胀,细胞膜破损,线粒体变性,核形不整、固缩,一些肝细胞崩解。在投氟加 SOD 的两种喂养方法中,一组肝细胞出现一些可逆性损伤,而另一组肝细胞结构与正常组近似。提示 SOD 作为抗氧化剂对食入大剂量氟的大鼠肝细胞有保护作用。 This experiment was divided into con-trasted group,fluorinated (F) group and fluo-rinated together with superoxidase (SOD)group.After feeding the rats for six monthes,they were put to death and took the liver tis-sue for TEM specimen.the resaults of ultra-structural observation showed that the hepato-cytes injury,cellular edema mitochondrialswelling necrosis and so on,were evident inthe fluorinated group.In the other two groupsof F+SOD,one group appeared some re-versible injury and another was similar to con-trasted group,which indicated SOD could pro-tect rat liver from the injury b(?) the fluorine.
