中华按蚊和嗜人按蚊产卵次数与卵泡管膨大部数的关系

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE NUMBER OF OVIPOSITIONS AND OVARIOLE DILATIONS OF ANOPHELES SINENSIS AND AN. ANTHROPOPHAGUS

采用Polovodova(1947)方法对中华按蚊和嗜人按蚊的生理龄期进行实验观察,以判断此法是否适用于这两种按蚊。观察了实验室饲养经产1～5次卵的376只中华按蚊的24 646条卵泡管和544只嗜人按蚊的36 396条卵泡管,其中产1次卵的两种按蚊99％以上的卵泡管具有与产卵次数相等的膨大部,但产2～5次卵的符合率中华按蚊为0.09～1.91％,嗜人按蚊亦仅0.34～2.28％。若检查变异卵泡管则符合率均明显增加,经产2～5次卵的中华按蚊和嗜人按蚊变异卵泡管的平均符合率分别达68.0％和99.3％。对现场捕获的两种按蚊解剖观察表明,检查变异卵泡管也可明显增加生理龄期高的雌蚊检出率。

In order to know whether pololvodova's physiological age judgement method is suitable for An. Sinensis and An.anthropophagus the following observation was conducted both in laboratory and field from 1988 to 1989. The laboratory-reared female mosquitoes which had fed with mouse blood and had oviposit- ed one to five times, were dissected to count the number of dilations, More than 60 ovarioles in each were examined. A total number of 376 An.sinensis with 24 646 ovarioles and 544 An. anthropophagus with 36 396 ovarioles were examined. In the uniparous An. sinensis and An. anthropophagus, the percentages of one dilation in ovarioles was 99. 84% and 99. 95% respective- ly. In the ovarioles of 2nd to 5th ovulated females the percentages of coincidence in An. sinensis and An. anthropophagus was 0. 09~1. 91%and 0. 34~2.28% respectively. But the coincidence was notable in degenerated ovarioles. In the degenerated varioles of 2~5 parous An. sinensis and An. anthropopagus the percentages of coincidence was 68% and 99. 3% respectively. The results of dissecting An,sinensis and An. anthropophagus collected in the field also suggest that for mosquito physiological'age judgement,to examine dilations on degenerated ovarioles is more accu- rate than to examine normal ovarioles in parous mosquitoes.
