摘要
用异种骨基质明胶(BMG)修复20只家兔胫骨洞性骨缺损。通过 X 线和组织学观察结果显示:术后第4周,BMG 吸收明显,周围形成丰富的纤维性骨痂,其中有散在的小淋巴细胞分布;第8周,BMG 基本消失,骨痂中出现许多骨母细胞团和成骨细胞;第12周,植骨区有大片新骨形成。实验结果表明:异种 BMG 具有排斥反应轻和诱导成骨作用强的特点,可以作为临床填充骨缺损的植骨材料。
Defects of 5mm^2 in size,made by drilling of the tibial shaft in 20 rabbits,were repaired with heterogenous BMG grafts.Radiographic and histologicalstudies showed that 4 weeks after repairing,BMG grafts absorbed evidentlyand fibro-callus formed around the grafts,which were infiltrated by limphocytes.On the 8th week,fibro-callus took the position of BMG grafts with rich osteo-blasts.Osteo-callus formed in the defect region on the 12th week postoperatively.It was demonstrated that heterogenous BMG graft is an ideal material for repairngbone defect with the advantages of slight immunoreaction and strong osteogenticpotentials.
