四株不同毒力的土拉弗氏菌脂多糖的SDS-PAGE图谱的初步观察

Preliminary Observation on the SDS-PAGE Profiles of the Lipopolysaccharides of Four Strains of Francisella tularensls with Variant Virulence

应用SDS-PAGE技术和银氨染色方法,初步分析了四株不同毒力的土拉弗氏菌内毒素脂多糖(LPS)的分子组成。结果显示:4株土拉弗氏菌的LPS的图谱随着毒力的不同而存在差别。

With the SDS-PAGE technique and the silver-ammonia staining methods, the molecule components of the endotoxin lipopolysaccharides extracted from four strains of Francisella tu-larensis with different degree virulence were preliminarily analysed. The results revealed that the lipopolysaccharide profiles of these bacteria existed difference.
