摘要
本文研究未成龄和成龄豚鼠的肱骨、挠骨和尺骨的功能适应性,试验组豚鼠左前肢掌骨被手术切除作为试验肢,右前肢作为对照肢。用四环素迹线法标记骨的生长情况,采用组织形态测量方法进行测量。结果表明,试验肢由于去除掌骨受力明显变小,各骨发生显著的骨损失。损失量达20~50%。远端骨比近端骨损失大。未成龄鼠大量骨损失主要发生在骨外膜处,成龄鼠主要发生于内膜处,肱骨最为明显,前者外膜贡献占总损失量的95%左右,后者占88%左右。
<ABSTRACT>
Functional adaptation was studied in long bones (radius, ulna and
humerus) of young and adu1t cavia porcellus. The metacapal bones of the
left forelimb were removed in order to make the limb without load-bear-
ing during walkiug, and the normal right one served as control. With te-
tracycline labelling, normal bone growth was detemined and compared
with that of control using tissue morphometry. The results showed that the
weight-bearing strength of the left forelimb was decreased due to meta-
carpal removal together with obvious bone loss up to 20-50% of the origi-
nal bone weight. The bone loss of the distal end was even greater. A
bone loss of about 95% was observed in young animals near the perios-
teum, while bone loss of about 88% was observed in adult animals near
the endosteum.
