摘要
本文报告4例缩窄性心包炎的磁共振成像征象并有50例正常志愿者心脏磁共振扫描对比、进而讨论了缩窄性心包炎的磁共振成像诊断和鉴别诊断问题。
Four patients clinically diagnosed as constrictive pericarditis (CPC)underwent cardiac scan of ECG-gated magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the spin echo method. Specific MRI findings of CPC were analysed and compared with those of 50 normal adults, and the diagnostic problems of MRI for CPC were discussed.
