摘要
134例接受胃镜检查者同时进行胃粘膜幽门弯曲菌培养、病理检查和组织尿素酶测定。幽门弯曲菌培养阳性率以胃炎伴消化性溃疡患者最高(83％),垂例病理检查正常者无一例阳性。除去胃癌7例(1例培养阳性),幽门弯曲菌培养阳性率或胃粘膜尿素酶试验阳性率和胃炎严重程度显著相关(P<0.001)。两种方法检出幽门弯曲菌感染在统计学上无显著差别。
Culture for Campylobacter pylori, histological examination and urease activity test of the gastric mucosa were performed in 134 patients underwent gastroscopy. Only one of the 7 patients diagnosed histologically as gastric carcinoma had positive culture for C. pylori. C. pylori was isolated, from 75 (59%) of the other 127 patients. The isolation rate was the highest (83%) in gastritis associated with peptic ulcer. The frequency of detection of urease reaction as well as that of positive culture increased with the degree of gastritis from mild, through moderate to severe (P<0.001). No C. pylori strains were isolated from 4 histologically normal patients. There was a close correlation between the culture of C. pylori and the detection of urease in the gastric mucosa.
