原发性心内恶性肿瘤的超声诊断

Ultrasonic Research of Primary Intracardiac Malignant Tumor

本文报告了我院近10年内所见的原发性心脏恶性肿瘤5例,均经手术和病理证实。术前均经二维超声心动图所诊断。认为原发性心内肿块若具有宽阔的基底、活动度差、不规则形态伴有心包积液及短期内复发者,提示恶性病变。

In the past decade, we studied five cases of primary intracardiac malignant tumors, in which all patients were diagnosed by echocardiography and confirmed by surgery and pathology. We compared the echocardiographic features with the macroscopic and pathological findings. It is highly suggested that malignant intracardiac tumors have broad base, small mobile, irregular shape, pericardial effusion and relapsed within short period.
