摘要
在紧凑型节能荧火灯中热猝灭的改善是十分重要的。我们研究了几种磷酸盐荧火粉以及其中稀土离子间的相互作用,给出了镧、铈和铽之间的摩尔分布,用硼酸替代少量磷酸以及掺入少量 Li^+离子,热猝灭获得很大改善。
For miniature lamp,it is most important to improve the thermal quenching.We have studied phosphate phsphors and the interaction between rare earth ions in them.The moles distribution ratio between lanthanum,cerium and terbium is given.The thermal quenching is greatly improved by substituting borat for a small part of phosphate and doping with Li^+.
