本文提出一种新型相敏检波器,它是由两个集成采样保持器和一个差分放大器组成,附加的转换电路使得这种相敏检波器可以被正弦参考信号控制。由于采样保持器的性能优良,这种相敏检波器的性能很好,在实验上对该相敏检波器进行了研究。

This paper presents a new type of phase sensitive detector which consists of two sample and hold integrated circuits and a differential amplifier.The properties of the phase sensitive detector are good because of the superior characteristics of the sample and hold circuit.The experimental studies of the phase sensitive detector are carried out.
