摘要
本文报道了2例肾上腺髓质增生病例。结合文献对本病的临床诊断和治疗作了初步讨论。有高血压史,一例或双侧肾上腺增大但无肿瘤存在,肾上腺髓质扫描放射性密度明显增加,病理检查可见较特出的表现。同时未发现有其它内分沁疾患。可诊断为肾上腺随质增生。手术是有效的治疗方法。
2 cases of adrenal medullary hyperplasia were presented. The clinical diagnosisand treatnent were discussed with revien of literature. The main points of clinicaldiagnosis were hypertension history, an enlarged adrenal seen on one or both sidesbut no tumor mass could be detected. Adrenal Scanning showed only in crease ofradio-active density in medulla, no other endocrine disorders were found. And somecharacteristic features are seen in pathological examination. The operation is the bestchoice of treatment.
